FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

Golden Pines Interiors manages all aspects of the design process.  We work with you throughout the phases of your project and provide you with an outline of the services and goals within each phase.  Our team are experts at what cities in Washington require for the permitting process.  We can create site plans and connect you with contractors, structural engineers or architects if needed.  This service includes the following items and so much more!​  The first step of the process is filling out our Client Questionnaire - email us to receive our questionnaire! 

DESIGN CONCEPT BOARD AND PRESENTATION

We take all components of the designed space and create a concept board to give you a better understanding of how the finished space will look. These boards are detailed and labeled to give you a concrete idea of how the design is to be executed.  We go over the details of the design within meetings with you to discuss the design elements and options!

RENDERINGS AND DESIGN PLANS

We provide renderings of your rooms with measurements and placement drawn to scale whether it be a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room or any other rooms in your home!

SHOPPING LIST / BUDGET

The shopping list outlines every item and material sourced from the design concept board, with shoppable links and prices for all items. We provide additional options to give you a wide range of preferences to choose from.  We also provide a job booklet for your contractor to have on site to give clear  instructions during construction.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

If you are looking for direction or design advice, our virtual meeting can help you! The meeting will be conducted over Zoom and will last 50 minutes with design duo Emily and Lisa.  This meeting will be a one time payment of $175 (+tax) that you pay upfront - so no additional fees or going over budget!

INTERIOR DECORATING

Golden Pines Interiors offers interior decorating services too!  We include a mood board, shopping list and budget.  We also offer a space planning board of floor plans with measurements and placement drawn to scale. This process eliminates any worry about whether pieces will fit in your space and what the best layout option is for your specific room. 

IN HOME PAINT CONSULTATION

We will help determine what colors look the best in your home.  This will require two at home visits where we will first meet with you at your home to determine your goals and a second visit where we will test paint swatches in your space and give our expert opinion.

OLD HOMES

​Seattle is known for old homes that require extensive renovations to be more livable and safe for you and your family.  Owning an old home that you want to renovate can be overwhelming and scary.  We will walk you through what to expect when going through a renovation.  We will help you with what needs to be done and what can be accomplished.  We will walk you through the process of budgeting, engineering reports, asbestos testing, city permits, electrical and plumbing requirements and working with contractors.  We are experts at determining the best ways in changing old homes to be more functional.

SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTIES

​We will help elevate your short term rental space to maximize rental income and occupancy.  By creating cozy, on trend spaces, we will meet your goals for your rental space.  Our services don’t stop at design, we will also help you accomplish what is desired by guests so that they feel right at home whether that be welcome basket ideas or correctly stocking entertainment, cleaning, bathroom and kitchen supplies.
